You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

How to return

Let us know at [email address] within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Send the item back unused and in its original packaging no later than 14 days after notifying us.
We refund the full amount, including the original shipping, no later than 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.

Return shipping is paid by [you/us].

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example with an engraving.
